Preparer Disciplinary Actions Taken
CTEC is now required to list any Disciplinary Actions that we take on a preparer.
Disciplinary Actions include:
- Probation (Preparer has been given a probationary period and will continue to be monitored)
- Suspension (Preparer has been place on a suspension and cannot continue to prepare taxes)
- Revocation (Preparer has had their CTEC registration status revoked and cannot continue to prepare taxes)
